It’s first use will be at the Summit Lake Cleanup this Saturday, May 10th at the Southside of Summit Lake ! It will be interesting to see how it works and we hope to show you some photos next week!

I followed up with OEPA stating what little they had done and today it appears the proper protection has been installed.
What we are seeing here is the residual. Fire department placed the soft booms with our trash booms to collect that. (Some placement adjustment is in order and being handled). Sorry for the late update, flu had knocked me on my can.
We do have some fun and really appreciate the waves and words of encouragement from folks passing by. Tomorrow at 8 am, we will be on Summit Lake around the Nature Center adding secondary booms there. (Too much trash coming through the storm sewers on heavy rain events).
