Riverkeepers Ohio has gone International!
Michaela, my Cousin here from Germany, spent some time this weekend checking and cleaning booms. 3 bags of trash and another 60 pounds or should it be 27.22 kilograms, out of the waterways!

Met Bob along the east side of Summit Lake today and collected about 55 pounds of trash from the booms on that side following yesterday’s rain.
Will hit the west side tomorrow along with Mud Run and Wolf Creek! Thanks Summit Metro Parks for picking up my bags!

Sunday rains lead to some boom clean outs
About 100 pounds, at Summit Lake, Canal, Mud Run, Wolf Creek and wrapped up today with a new boom at Summit Lake! Bring on the Rain!

New boom deployed in Norton on Wolf Creek!
This is a 5 minute video showing the process of building and installing a boom. We anticipate a pretty good volume of trash collected here and very grateful to Julie Miller and her husband for giving access to this location and the City of Norton who will be picking up our collected trash!
