…this is one of the things we do, clean our trash booms at Mud Run. 2.5 bags of trash, Chair, 5 Gallon bucket of something for close to 100 pounds. (Listen to the video for more details.)

Dave and I had planned on cleaning the boom at Mud Run this morning and the rain started so I took advantage of that and came down to check the booms on Summit Lake and this is the result of that.
36 pounds of bottles, cans, bags, styrofoam to name a few, all from storm sewers.
I took photos and reported it to the OEPA per protocol. Took them a bit to get back to me with the response that the lake is private and will not take action but provided me with another link to report through another agency and I did that. Have not heard anything to the time…
